Ordinary Machine Readable passport is issued to all citizens of Pakistan.

• Ordinary Passport

• Ordinary Urgent Passport

For applicants: 18 years of age and above

• Fee: 2,100 RS.

• Documents: Original NADRA ID card and two photocopies.

• NOC in case of a Government Servant.

• OLD Passport and its photocopy if issued.
• Foreign Passport along with its copies for dual nationality holders only.
• Delivery after 12 Days

For applicants: 18 years of age and above

• Fee: 4,000 RS

• Documents: Same documents as required in Ordinary passport

• Delivery after 5 Days

For applicants: Below 18 years of age

• Fee: 2,100 RS

• Documents: Original Computerized Registration Certificate (CRC) issued by NADRA  and two photocopies.

• Parents NADRA ID Card and Its Photocopy

• Foreign Passport along with its copies for dual nationality holders only.

• Delivery after 12 Days

For applicants: Below 18 years of age

• Fee: 4,000

• Documents: Same as for ordinary new passport

• Delivery after 5 Days

NOTE: 
In case of Loss of Passport:

First Time Loss:            Double fee will be charged
Second Time Loss:       Quadruple fee will be charged
Third Time Loss:           i)  Pakistan Mission abroad will issue emergency passport
                                       for return to Pakistan with an intimation to Dte. Gen. I&P
                                   ii) In Pakistan the case will be referred to Dte. Gen. I&P for
                                       further action.
